Shae began his career in the Not-for-Profit space as Team Leader and Procurement Director at Youth With A Mission (YWAM), an International Christian Missions Organization. Following his four-year involvement stateside and internationally with YWAM, Shae worked with a charitable trust that focused on web asset management and online intellectual property growth. Today, Shae is an active contributor and member of the American Academy, a non-profit organization helping disadvantaged, at-risk youth, through academic tutoring, athletic coaching, and life skill training. Shae is also a contributor to the Best Treatment Practices organization and has a growing network of clients and work partners inside the drug and alcohol treatment industry.
